How does it work?
Our support is aimed at independent developers who have projects they would like to undertake, but require a partner to do so.
The partnership covers all aspects of the development, such as land purchase, building costs, marketing costs and bank interest charges, and covers all stages of the development programme.
Projects, typically, will have a development value of between £1M and £5M, and be brought forward for initial discussions once there is an option on the land and an associated Planning Approval. These discussions will be without commitment and include our financial appraisal and value engineering advice.
Once a decision has been taken to progress the project using the partnership model, project management, design and marketing support can then be accessed as required to ensure a successful outcome.
