Why use the partnership development model?

To enable development opportunities to be grasped which would otherwise not be possible due to cash-flow limitations

Would any size of scheme qualify?

All schemes are assessed on their merits, but between £1M and £5M development value is preferred

Would pre-planning schemes be eligible?

It is never too early to discuss schemes although they will not become eligible for funding until there is an associated Planning Approval

Do only low-carbon and/or zero-carbon schemes qualify?

Any scheme can be considered, although in the appraisal and value-engineering process the commercial benefits of building to the Code for Sustainable Homes will be highlighted

What is the main criteria for a partnership scheme to be approved?

Mutual agreement of the financial profile of the development plan.

What is the best time to make contact?
